Brief

When Klipspringer partnered with Red C as their PPC agency, the objective was to optimise search campaigns and launch a Google Shopping campaign within four months before the account moved in-house. The challenge was to improve performance without increasing spend while also delivering a strong shopping launch.

Approach

Red C audited Google Ads search campaigns and implemented a structured optimisation strategy focused on efficiency. Bidding strategies were refined, keyword targeting improved, and ad relevance strengthened. Average CPC reduced while maintaining stable spend.

Work then moved to the shopping feed, improving product data quality and structuring campaigns for effective launch and early optimisation.

Results

Conversion rates increased from 1.75% to 2.75%, reducing cost per conversion from £198 to £114. Average CPC decreased from £3.47 to £1.87. CTR reduced from 7.9% to 2.6% due to a strategic focus on higher-quality traffic.

The Shopping campaign achieved a 342% ROAS from £352 spend within three weeks of launch, delivering strong early performance before handover.
